Educator

At The Akidamy, we are looking for a dedicated and passionate educator who understands the significance of early childhood development. Ideally, you will have at least two years of experience working with young children, particularly those under four, as your expertise will help create a safe and supportive environment for our students to learn and grow.

You will hold a Diploma or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care, allowing you to plan creative and engaging activities that inspire curiosity and help children explore the world around them.

Our students thrive in both indoor and outdoor settings, and we are seeking someone who can design exciting adventures for them in both environments. Your passion for nature and sustainability will help guide the children as they discover and engage with the natural world through play.

We also place great importance on communicating with families. We hope you’ll be able to document each child’s progress in a way that highlights their milestones and achievements, ensuring families can share in their growth.

Finally, The Akidamy values positivity, an open mind, and adaptability. We are looking for someone who is ready to grow alongside our school and our community.
